Distinctive and unique lodging with an exceptional
clay tennis court artfully designed by the owner, a professional player in his own right.
Located in a quiet residential area of Mason,
The Hacienda Guest House is a large
4 bedroom stucco home
on 1+ acre with room for everyone!
Indoors, there is ample room for
family and friends to gather
with the kitchen, dining and living room
in an open floor plan of the Great Room.
The entire home is uniquely graced
with the original artwork and handmade furniture
master-crafted by the owner.
Guests will find the kitchen well equipped for
preparing meals while still near
those gathered at an expansive dining table,
perfect for board games, dominoes or puzzles!
In the adjoining lower living room, guests can
enjoy the comfortable seating area
in front of the impressive rock hearth and fireplace
or watch movies on the SMART TV (Netflix provided),
also capable in streaming programming from
your own device with the Wi-Fi provided.
The three bedrooms in the main structure
feature a queen, full and twin(s) room
with an additional full bedroom
in the adjacent Cabana Room
across the breezeway.
The two full bathrooms off of the
bedroom hallways include one shower bath
and another with a claw-foot tub,
especially nice for relaxing after
a busy day of exercise or exploration around the area.
Guests will also enjoy the private stucco walled patio,
perfect for morning yoga or quiet meditative time.
Features here include a propane grill with
table & seating, ideal for dining under the canopy of oaks.
A chiminea provides a romantic ambiance during
cool weather visits!
The tennis court provides an excellent opportunity for outdoor activity, for both competitive and casual play.
Guests are welcome to bring their own equipment
or to use that provided by the owner.
(Please note: due to the nature of the clay material,
use of the tennis court is conditional on the weather)
The surrounding acreage of the lodging
has been thoughtfully landscaped
and provides multiple seating areas for dining,
early morning coffee or to sit court-side.
Perfect also to enjoy the expanse of night sky,
where the stars are big & bright
and the Milky Way is still visible
in this dark sky community!
Nightly rate is $250 + tx for up to 4 persons,
$15 + tx per additional, up to 8
